Welcome to Commonwealth Painting Authority, your trusted painting solution provider. Before proceeding, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Services Offered: Commonwealth Painting Authority offers a wide range of professional painting services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. - Our services include interior painting, exterior painting, surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
2. Estimates and Pricing: All estimates provided by Commonwealth Painting Authority are based on information provided by the client and are subject to change after an on-site inspection. The final pricing will be determined based on the scope of work, materials required, and any additional services requested by the client. Any additional work requested by the client will be priced separately and agreed upon before project commencement.
3. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. We may require a deposit for larger projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days of completion will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
4. Scheduling and Delays: Commonwealth Painting Authority will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule; however, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may cause delays. We will ensure that any delays or changes to the schedule are communicated promptly and will work with the client to find a mutually-suitable solution.
5. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide access to the property and ensure that it is ready for painting according to the agreed-upon schedule. Additionally, the client is responsible for removing any obstacles or items that may impede the painting process, including furniture and decorations.
6. Warranty: Commonwealth Painting Authority provides a two-year warranty on labor and materials used for the painting project. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect by the client is not covered under this warranty.
7. Cancellation Policy: The client may request to cancel or reschedule the painting project with at least 72 hrs' notice. Any cancellations that are made less than 24 hrs before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the project.
8. Insurance: Commonwealth Painting Authority carries liability insurance to protect against any accidental damage that may occur during the painting process. The client agrees to notify the Commonwealth Painting Authority of any damages or accidents that occur on the property during the painting project.
9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Commonwealth Painting Authority harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the painting project, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
